 1 blank disc included. All items are BLANK. Designs are not included. DIRECTIONS (May vary by equipment): 1. Print the design in mirror image. 2. Peel film from front of the disc. (1 is included) 3. Attach the disc to the image with heat tape. 4. Place in the heat press with the image on top and the disc on the bottom. Time: 60 Seconds
